We don’t think that personal training is something that should be bought off the page. To find the personal trainer that best suits your own specific goals it pays to do some research and go and visit the trainer preferably at the place where you will be training whether it be at their own private facility that is set up for one-to-one training, at a local park or even in your own home. WhiteWay Fitness treats client as an individual, as no two people have exactly the same goals and this should be recognised rather than in a commercial gym where the focus is to cram a load of bodies through the door.
